I started working out ever since i was a teenager after watching dragon ball z and i developed a lot of strength.. But in the last 5 years i was diagnosed woth cancer and i stopped, otherwise Sir i would be the reinging wrestling champion 😂😂 inspired to start all over again. Thank you for this video. You can do it, keep a positive mindset and work hard for it, takes some sacrifice but not impossible 👍🏻 I think there are others like you who had cancer but still managed to grow big like xyzz
I see that some are rounding their backs when deadlifting, that is very dangerous! Hinge your hips backwards to straighten you back, then do the lift 💪
so i got it why venuzo is undisputed champion , its his left arm that is his strength genius . He can pick up better with his left arm , in which 90℅ wrestles prefer right hand. Just like messi .
Few of them are still making lots of mistakes. The guy who wear green half short when he do Bang Row if he keeps continuing that way like a duck swimming in the water his back will get injure . He need to hold it tight the back and do not swing the back too much .
