Liked the derivation, but one thing I'd like to add is, we could've just used the geometric series to derive the formula instead, we'd still reach the same formula in the end

When you subtract eqn 2 from eqn 1, why do you disregard the (1+i)^2 - (1+i)^n-2...?

At 15.54 isn't a flaw to draw an upward arrow to the same cash flow diagram? I guess we should draw a different cash flow diagram which is equivalent to first diagram.
