Great post. The speakers sound good (even through TH-cam). I imagine they sound a lot better in person. Also, THANK YOU for your music choice. It's refreshing to hear someone playing some rock/blues in a speaker demo, rather than the lame, soft jazz, breathy, "audiophile" female vocal music that is used in SO MANY speaker demos. For once I would like to hear someone crank up some "Money" by Pink Floyd, or Dire Straits, or Metallica, or play some classic jazz with an acoustic bass (ex. Bill Evans, Thelonius Monk, Charlie Haden), or, even some classic hip-hop. Just give us all a break from Norah Jones.
I completely agree with music choice. I'm sick of etheral, audio-pedo phile perfect recordings. Give me some rock guys, funky jazz, metal, electronic etc.
Here’s a clue, we all hear frequencies differently and our ears are not all shaped the same. So what sounds horrible to someone, will not sound horrible to someone else. Hearing 101 I personally own these and drive them with BAT tube monos, result… amazing.

Many people will say they are the way gooder than their price range, and you all of the sudden say its bad. Are they good or bad finally?
