i tried doing this but can u tell me how does it become hard on top.. I tried twice but both times it doesnt become hard on top.. Did i do something wrong?
Hi rita thanks for trying the recipe...well the only secret for tht is you hv to keep on stirring on a mid flam until its very dry n ull fill its become lightly harder after laying the doce in the try keep it to cool down n I hv kept for 4hrs and I did keep it in the fridge and the doce was perfect firm and soft ( but if you still want more harder you will hv to use extra sugar) hope this helps let me know if you need to know anything else ...stay safe god bless

Hi vicky sorry for late reply well it takes about 90 mints to cook coz u need to cook on low flame and keep steering it continuously
