3:11 Please tell us how long from the end of the metal bar the spool of track needs to be cut.
Hi there
you should have a little black plastic tool which connects on the end of the track profile- this determines the length of belt to cut
of course it is a different procedure for tracks stacking to one side instead of split opening - hope this helps
@@blindsprofessionals My version did not come with the plastic tool to determine the length, but I believe that there is a standard length for that procedure.

my curtain stopped about 15 cm before fully closed. i tryed to unhook the curtain so it is only the metal pully , and it stops same place. i have no idea what i have done wrong.
i have to say. this electriv curtain rail is very logical. when you understand the logic. it is easy to mount. easy to use. you can even close multible curtains at the same time with the remote. if pared to do that. i only wish i had an extra " band " because in reality i would expand it about 10 cm more.
i can only recomend this electric curtain rail.
i found out.. i had to hold the black button on motor 5 seconds to reset it. and now it works again.
it is the best thing i have ever bought for all my windows. i even bought an extra remote that can be programed to 16 different motors. one off the seting on that remote. close and open all curtains at one.
Hi there, did it close all the way at the start? The reason for this doing this now ( if it was closing all the way before) is that something like the curtain is not wide enough and maybe needs to be pulled out more (for pencil pleat)- Because this would have caused the memory of the track to stop early
To fix this simply reset the track and program in again - simple fix (when programming in make sure nothing will stop it from closing all the way)

Each kit comes with a single channel remote in the kit however if you are getting multiple kits we can supply a 16 channel led remote (up to 16 tracks) for only $50
We have had one at our place for over 6 years now and we have no issues whatso ever
We have installed approx 200 of these to date and no returns or issues.- we carry parts for these also.
