The Briogeo mask is one of my favorite masks I don’t care about the pricing I will buy over and over again. I keep mines in the box it comes in because on the box it has the ingredients and directions. Not ideal lol but what else can ya do right lol.
I take a picture and I made an album on my phone where I save the picture of the box/ingredients. I hate keeping the boxes! I have too many products for all that lol

So crazy! I just purchased my first Briogeo set this weekend. I got the trio pack of the banana line with the mask for $49 at Ulta. Same pricing on the Briogeo website. I like purchasing the smaller sizes first to see what I like and it saves you a little money too until you find out if you like the products and want to commit to purchasing the larger sizes. Can’t wait to try my products when they get to me! 🥰
The leave in defining cream is literally my HG! It's protein heavy styler so helps me have balanced wash days. I usually use a light hydrating leave in before it because on its own, it doesn't have much moisture. So I sandwich it between my leave in and gel which gives me bomb results! ❤️
I got a sample of the Don't despair, repair mask in a Sephora bag a few months ago, and my hair hated it. Maybe I'll try another sample product from them, but not anytime soon.
So glad you did a video on briogeo! I like that they are a luxurious feeling (and bomb natural ingredients) and black owned brand. I got very lucky and found the super foods line in TJ Maxx for like HALF the price, which is honestly the only way I can afford this on a student budget. So no, right now I won’t splurge on a $30+ hair product, even a mask and I love masks!! I will spend it when I graduate and get a grown person job!

I currently have the leave in and gel and I hate it 🥴 it’s not enough hold for me but I do like their hair mask. My favorite is the honey bear repair treatment mask idk the name. Briogoe is one of the first brands I tried when starting my CG journey. Actually, my very first fantastic hair day doing the CGM was after using their Blossom & Bloom shampoo and conditioner with a homemade flaxseed gel as my styler. I never had so much lift and definition. I'm a 2b, 2c wavy baby so my hairs get overly moisturized easily and need more protein than moisture. However - their Don't Despair Repair super moisture condition is great to balance my hair after a clarifying wash (which is something else I have to do often since I have incredibly fine hair). Recently, I tried the curl charisma gel and it was good, but I could tell I was getting a bit of protein overload. Now I know to add a bit more moisturizing cream prior to the gel. I've been doing the CGM since fall of 2019, but finding a moisture - protein balance is just not easy for my hair type. The best I have found to date as a one brand wash day is the Ouidad Curl Shaper line. I usually avoid any product that says "curl" because they have proven to usually be too heavy for my hair but the Curl Shaper line is specifically for loose curls and waves. It is not overly moisturizing at all - perfect for wavies.
I saw your original videos of the stylers. Once I saw that these were clean all I’ve been using is the leave-in defining cream. Your videos have always been helpful. I appreciate your honest reviews ☺️
I have this mask along with the Banana Shampoo and Conditioner. Haven't used yet and looking forward to using soon. I sampled and bought the Curl Charisma Leave-in, great definition. Will have to buy the gel. 💜💜
I recently ( an i mean like end of June) switched to mainly using briogeo. My scalp thanks me and yes it is worth the money. I have the tea tree charcoal scalp serum, mango cherry shampoo, be gentle be kind kale and apple conditioner, and the curl pomade. I wish there was a cheaper option to the scalp serum cuz you need a lot and i wash my hair twice a week. As you know their products ain't cheap.

I love the Briogeo line. I use the Curl Charisma Shampoo and Conditioner and the Kiwi mask. Even though it is on the pricier side I will say a little goes a long way with their products. I don't feel like I need to use a whole lot to get great results.

I also agree with the deep conditioner comment about it not having instructions. That can be very confusing for curlies just staring out and who don't have a deep conditioner routine yet.
I haven't tried the line yet but like too. Trying to finish up what I have first. How does there hair mask compare to the I am mask? I been using this and my hair loves this.
So I was wrong, it's Shea Moisture intensive hydration masque and I use a co wash in between washes called "As I Am". Love them but if this line works better I would love a back up. I do struggle on a good shampoo.
I really liked that mask for my hair! I might have to revisit it now. I believe that their Curl Charisma styling products are too light for my medium-density hair. Beautiful results, Bianca!

You need to try the “Don’t Despair Repair” mask- it has all the slip your hair could want and soooo moisturizing!!!! It’s perfect to balance out the protein in the stylers. I also found the creme and the gel weren’t a good combination for my hair- mixing them made them curdle 🤷🏻♀️
Yes 🙌🏽 finally. You had one video for Briogeo years ago for their curl charisma line. It was even on their website back then. I’ve been using them ever since. I’m glad you’re doing the new products. Ulta beauty take Afterpay it’s like a credit line they give and you make payments every 2 weeks. I’ve had it for over a year now and I love it and it’s easy to use no hidden fees or anything like that. No harsh credit check either. It’ll Be good to use for these not so cheap products. Lol 😂

The hair mask is expensive, but it is worth it, especially if you experienced dry and or brittle hair. Menopause can really dry out your hair. The hair mask was a life saver for me and you don't need to use a lot. It also smells great!
I have the mask; I like it, but I like others bette (Ouidad Curl Immersion). Briogeo has a new mask in the Curl Charisma line that I'll probably like better than the Avocado + Kiwi. Your hair looks amazing 🤩
Their other products has no box. The Avocado Kiwi mask came to me with a box, and the instructions and ingredients are there. At least what I bought 😁 hope it helps
Hello I have kind of a weird question so My kids are mixed and ever since I trimmed their hair the curls just went away they only have tiny tight curls like yours but only around the face area everything in the back and top is just poofy and dead looking😭😭 I’m just wondering if you have tried any products that could help us out….. thank you!

That’s going to be a no for me on a $38 hair mask 😂 loved the wear all day and then show us your results. So many things I’ve tried look great 2 mins after I style and diffuse and then by the night time it’s not good.
DISCLAIMER: I am not trying to hate on the line, I just want to tell my experience! Please read for low-porosity/fine hair/protein sensitive people!!! TL:DR - DON'T use the Curl Charisma Briogeo products if your hair is protein sensitive. Has TOO MUCH PROTEIN! The mask, shampoo/conditioner combo is fine & protein free though. So I found out about the mask somewhere online, then came here to watch some videos on the Briogeo hair line! I heard great things, & this video was AMAZING! So I went for the splurge at Ulta. Purchased the same exact stuff & used it much like Bianca! I tried the line TWICE to see if it was a fluke... But I've never seen protein overload come on so suddenly! The mask was great just like everyone said. But if your hair is protein sensitive, DO NOT PURCHASE THE CURL CHARISMA PRODUCTS!!! During both uses, immediately after applying the leave-in cream my hair felt like a straw broom. It started drying out and tangling right after use. 1st time I didn't think anything of it. New product, gonna get used to it? On my next wash day, my hair was breaking/shedding like CRAZY. Still used again for a 2nd time. Hair was ROUGH, no shine, frizzy right after my routine. TANGLED MESS. I was so upset I just had to reset my hair with a clarifying shampoo & use Aussie until I find a new hair line... AGAIN. But my hair literally feels SO MUCH BETTER. Again, don't use the Curl Charisma if you're protein sensitive. It has WAYYY TOO MUCH PROTEIN & will overload your hair!
Their humidity gel was a joke. I mean it didn't even try to work..lol. So I've been apprehensive to try anything else. I get the same results from curlsmith. My curls are 3b/3c so I don't understand the issue but it is what it is.
That mask is definitely one of my all-time favorites. Worth the splurge for sure 🙌🏼

Its a good mask but it has hydrolized protein in it, so treat it as that.

The curl charisma gel gives me some serious flash drying! I think it's the aloe vera in it, not 100% sure though
