The name of the tree is Loquat. It makes small orange color fruits about the size of a plum. I grow one on my property in the USA. Sadly it gets too cold over winter here for it to make fruit. Edit: I went back and rewatched that part and realized that you did include the English name 😜
I think this house has potential. I love the floors and the yard could be planted with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Lots of room for kids to play outside and far off the main street. The garage is just the right size for a motorcycle! Thanks for pointing out the dated furniture as we all need to use our imaginations to redecorate. Oh, my sister who lives in Spain says that washing machines for laundry in the kitchen are very typical in Spanish homes.
