- Fracture Neck Femur is one of the commonest fractures around hip. It's also the most notorious one. Reason being that only 50% patients are happy after first surgery which is Fracture Fixation.
The usual issue is that Fracture Neck Femur doesn't unite. And patients suffer badly before they decide to go for second surgery.
The decision about second surgery is not easy.
Confusion is when and which surgery.
