Gak inget surat apa tapi intinya gini "Aku (Allah) tidak melihat bagaimana penampilan mu, tapi Allah lihat hatimu" Dan yaps, jleb banget. saat itu aku nangis bukan karena wajah dan penampilan aku lagi, tapi aku nangis haru dan bahagia karna kesadar sebegitu bisa nya Allah kasih aku semangat lagi untuk tetep jalanin hidup. Dan di another ayat yang ku inget "Allah bakal merubah suatu kaum jika kaum tersebut yang ingin mengubahnya" Then that is it! Ternyata ayat Al-Qur'an itu bisa sinkron dengan semua kondisi dan sama siapa aja yang baca. 🤗

Come on, you dont need a perfect grammer to make people understand what you trying say to them, as long as they understand, that's good enough. The one with perfect grammer is english teacher. Even when he or she is english teacher, they also sometimes make grammer mistake without they relieze it.

I can feel your pain. I'm 16 and I had acne outburst earlier this year. I'm an Indian living in United States. I had to encounter so much shi* just because of my skin lol. I used to cry at nights and used to find excuses to miss out school. I had a conversation with my dad about all the sht that was going on in my mind and he explained me about the art of not giving a f*k. Eventually the acne disappeared after getting the treatment from a dermatologist (thank god for that🥺) It's like you're alone in this journey and only your parents understand what you're going through. My so called gf was a pathetic piece of crap. She was like, ' I'm not touching or kissing that face' lol. Translation for Everyone: One full face cover with pimples. I've swallowed insults, cursings, and more. Been played by boys, And been admitted by people that I cant take care of myself. dulu ak jg banyak jerawatan, susah lama bgt nyembuhinnya, alhamdulilah skrg udh ilang seperti kembali. Kalo banyak jerawat, kurangi konsumsi minyak, lemak, protein yg berlebihan. Banyakin minum air putih. Setiap muka berminyak lgsg cuci muka (bilas aja cukup). Pagi stlh bangun tidur atau malam sblm bangun tidur ak cukup cuci muka pake sabun yg cocok (sgt signifikan buat mempercepat ngilangin jerawat buat ku).
Use sandalwood paste. It will give u result. My experience. I was facing the same problem after my 12th exam . Doctor not help me in this. So I use sandalwood paste and from that time my face is clear. Use it.

Ak pernah jerawat separah ini, kira2 kelas 1 sampai 2 SMP, udh pake obat jerawat yg bagus, udh ke dokter, dan segala macam, pkonya uang ortu dh HBS bnyk, trus ibu blg ke puskesmas aja yu bertobat nya, ak paham pasti ibu udh gak ad LG uang, ak jg udh PTS asa, jd ya udh pasrah aja, trus berobat ke puskesmas, gratis LG, cuman pake foto copy KTP ibu aja, d periksa, trus d jgn mkn beberapa mknan yg d sebutkan dokter umumnya, trus d ksh salep, dan MasyaAllah, sembuh dong, salep nya HBS, beli sndri ke apotek, pikiran udh mikir ah pasti mahal, skalinya cuman 8 ribu aja, dan Alhamdulillah sembuh total.

I had the same problem i did used to wear mask to cover my face🤦🏻♀️ and tried bunch of skincare routines, products, creams too but nothing helped🤷🏻♀️ keeping those thing aside 🙅🏻♀️ I changed my patterns, 1. Sleeping early and waking up early but 8 hours of sleep is must‼️. 2. Drinking plenty of water. 3. Changing pillow covers daily. 4. Keeping separate towel just for my face. 5. Washing hands before touching my face or applying anything on face. 6. Also while on a call plugging earphones or keeping it on speaker because phone screens also have alot of germs in it too📲. 7. Stopped wearing masks 😷because if you wear a mask for long hours also creates germs coz of sweat❌which is worst. Also maybe you are having hormonal changes in your body that can also cause acne Don't feel low for it 🥺 And u don't have to cover yourself be confident💝.

For the last couple of years, I have been waking up EVERY SINGLE DAY just to check myself in the mirror and see if my acne has dissappeared. No it hasn't and might have gotten worse. When I see the acne, I just have no desire to continue with my day. I don't wanna go out or interact with anyone. I just wanna hide myself until I can see someone directly in the eyes without feeling insecure about my face. I hate it. I am missing so much opportunities and friends bcs of it but I just can't. I can't go on with my life feeling disgusted with my face. I don't want others to feel disgusted by me tol so I am just waiting to live my life one day. It's like you're alone in this journey and only your parents understand what you're going through. My so called gf was a pathetic piece of crap. She was like, ' I'm not touching or kissing that face' lol.
We broke up and once I was all good she tried get back together lol

dulu ak jg banyak jerawatan, susah lama bgt nyembuhinnya, alhamdulilah skrg udh ilang seperti kembali.
Kalo banyak jerawat, kurangi konsumsi minyak, lemak, protein yg berlebihan. Banyakin minum air putih. Setiap muka berminyak lgsg cuci muka (bilas aja cukup). Pagi stlh bangun tidur atau malam sblm bangun tidur ak cukup cuci muka pake sabun yg cocok (sgt signifikan buat mempercepat ngilangin jerawat buat ku).

Ak pernah jerawat separah ini, kira2 kelas 1 sampai 2 SMP, udh pake obat jerawat yg bagus, udh ke dokter, dan segala macam, pkonya uang ortu dh HBS bnyk, trus ibu blg ke puskesmas aja yu bertobat nya, ak paham pasti ibu udh gak ad LG uang, ak jg udh PTS asa, jd ya udh pasrah aja, trus berobat ke puskesmas, gratis LG, cuman pake foto copy KTP ibu aja, d periksa, trus d jgn mkn beberapa mknan yg d sebutkan dokter umumnya, trus d ksh salep, dan MasyaAllah, sembuh dong, salep nya HBS, beli sndri ke apotek, pikiran udh mikir ah pasti mahal, skalinya cuman 8 ribu aja, dan Alhamdulillah sembuh total.
Bisa coba oles virgin olive oil tiap malam untuk hilangin jerawat ya, dan juga cuci muka pakai daun jambu biji yang sudah dihalusin. Minum jus wortel dan tomat tiap hari

I had the same problem i did used to wear mask to cover my face🤦🏻♀️ and tried bunch of skincare routines, products, creams too but nothing helped🤷🏻♀️ keeping those thing aside 🙅🏻♀️
I changed my patterns,
1. Sleeping early and waking up early but 8 hours of sleep is must‼️.
2. Drinking plenty of water.
3. Changing pillow covers daily.
4. Keeping separate towel just for my face.
5. Washing hands before touching my face or applying anything on face.
6. Also while on a call plugging earphones or keeping it on speaker because phone screens also have alot of germs in it too📲.
7. Stopped wearing masks 😷because if you wear a mask for long hours also creates germs coz of sweat❌which is worst.
Also maybe you are having hormonal changes in your body that can also cause acne
Don't feel low for it 🥺
And u don't have to cover yourself be confident💝.

I went a lot too but thankfully God finally answered my prayers♥️ currently using organic products because it works for me , never forget the sunscreen and most important feed yourself with positive affirmations so that you will bloom like a flower, remember it takes time. Mine is hormonal acne I was struggling since 6th grade until in the beginning of college but now thankfully I got better skin♥️ I may not be the top 1 student but I priority my mental health so I won't struggle even more, it's for me, my skin and way of thinking, I'm getting better now just like my skin, my concern now is my black and White heads, acne scars and big pores , most important the "budget" I'm broke

For the last couple of years, I have been waking up EVERY SINGLE DAY just to check myself in the mirror and see if my acne has dissappeared. No it hasn't and might have gotten worse. When I see the acne, I just have no desire to continue with my day. I don't wanna go out or interact with anyone. I just wanna hide myself until I can see someone directly in the eyes without feeling insecure about my face. I hate it. I am missing so much opportunities and friends bcs of it but I just can't. I can't go on with my life feeling disgusted with my face. I don't want others to feel disgusted by me tol so I am just waiting to live my life one day. It has gotten all my self confidence and all my parents and relatives talk about is how bad my skin is. I can't. I am tired.
