- Peat Philips Foundation (PPF) is an NGO with focus on Leadership & Communication, which in our humble estimation are the 2 major issues affecting the development of Africa.

PPF in order to fulfill her vision initiated 2 strategic co-curricular educational competitions, which are The Spelling Bee and The Young Orators.
The Spelling Bee is dedicated to young children between the ages of 8 and 15 where the top Spellers gets the opportunity of representing Nigeria at the Intercontinental Spelling Bee Competition (ICSB).
The Young Orators is a public speaking competition, in affiliation with the English Speaking Union (ESU), a charity registered in the UK that promotes international understanding through the use of English throughout the world. The competition is designed for students from ages of 16 - 20years old and the winner goes on to represent Nigeria at the annual International Public Speaking Competition (IPSC) in London organized by the English Speaking Union.
