2 Minutes Colourful NEON Countdown Timer

This video is a 2 minutes neon timer. I drew this one also in Gimp and to get the neon effect I made two layers. One is in front with a light colour with sharp edges. The second layer is in the back, has a dark colour and a blurry appearance. These two combined achives the neon look. The orange glowing background fits nicely the neon numbers.
