🙋‍♂️Madame, your☯️ performance is so inspiring👍. I mostly do this 37 step form as well as the 24 and 40 form on a larger space. Upon watching your performance, I realized that this Zheng Manqing 37 form can be done in a smaller space. Thank you for your inspiration, and I hope to learn more from you.
Best regards, 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙏🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️Haryo from Indonesia 🇲🇨

I play Tai Chi videos at double speed to see the motion patterns. Which are not obvious to me at normal speed. TH-cam setting allows you to set it at double speed. Would that work for you?

Thank you for sharing. I usually slow down the video to catch the nuances of the moves. Try both and see which one is more helpful.

@@JennyLuYoga no begin form with left ward off and do whole form in reverse, it is one of the most valuable additions to one practise.

@@haraldtyson Thank you for the reminder. I'll pay more attention when I practice this step next time. I got used to the 24 form's similar move "Rollback the Forearms" where the foot reaching back is landed at an angle to protect the back knee. Will keep practicing 🙌
