Hardwood floors throughout is a must. I hate carpet so much! Updated appliances, good natural lightening, nice back splash and kitchen cabinets, double sink vanity, and a washer a dryer. Washer and dryer is pretty standard these days. The fridge must have a water and ice dispenser and no granite countertops lol. Your home is your sanctuary! It has to be beautiful. I don't want to come home to an ugly home or community.
Yes! I totally agree that your home is your sanctuary! That’s why it takes a while sometimes to find the perfect place but once we do, it’s amazing! I love your must haves. Must haves definitely have to be ceiling fans, washer and dryer room, window for the kitchen cos I stay cooking 🧑🍳, also covered gas cookers.. love all of them btw, thanks for wetting my appetite 😋😋
That legit used to be my apartment😢. It was right across from the model lol on the first floor unless I’m coming back. Lotta great memories there that water fountain is so soothing the pool also changes different colors I don’t know if they keep it on a night great place to live
