OMG! Yea one of our biggest factors is have a gated garage and security. I’ve been following this Instagram page called atlscoop and they posted 2 car break in’s at Amli Arts Center a day after we toured.
I believe I sped up some of the footage to try and cut the time down lol but they do walk fast. I hope to have another video out soon of my apartment tour. Just been taking forever to get furniture 😩
As in apartments? It will depend on what you want your neighborhood to look like from my personal experience. My boyfriend wanted to be in walking distance to food places.
@@vancespellman6800 Then I would think you would like the beltline area because it has a lot of food places around it and it is walkable. I can not speak on public transportation because I have a car but after we viewed the apartments I always went and got something to eat. The beltline also has grocery stores, movie theater, and bars near it. Edge on the Beltline would be a good place to look up. I believe they list what is near them, but the food variety is good. I seen Asian fusion, cafes and Indian food. I have been to any flea markets yet but I know there are some. A lot of thrift stores too. They have malls and lots of shopping plazas.
Hello, do you know how can I get an apartment if I just got the country (I'm from Mexico) 3 months ago and I just started building my credit score haha
Your credit score does not really have to be high, if you have a job, and make about 3x the rent they will normally lease to you. If you don’t try and get a co signer or roommate. If you are a student. There are a lot of student housing near the college so Georgia Tech for one, which if you are in Georgia it is like midtown area.
Very informative, thanks for including the names !!😌💕
No problem!
The bathroom on the second apartment 😍😍😍
The shower and tub? That’s so dope. You can get the best of both worlds.
just a fyi, apartments on the beltline usually have higher rates of crime

I’m apartment searching now and new to Atl so finding luxury apartments with low crime rates has deterred decisions on apts we really liked!

They are all listed. They pop up in the lower left corner. Did you like a certain one? Describe it and I can just tell you.
