I still have my old Johnson century from my childhood. The price for it is priceless. Enough said. Cool video!😊

Great video. Super sweet haul. You've probably got more will power than me - I'd have a mighty hard time leaving any old rods and reels there.

Oh trust me it’s tough to walk away from vintage gear… I’m running out of room so I try to only pick up what I’ll fish with or sell. There was a couple vintage rods I’m kicking myself for leaving behind… if I can find more fly rod combos for $12 I’ll get that all day!

Love your channel and all of you retro stuff, that’s right up our alley. I was also a huge fan of the Doobie Brothers…by the way what year is your Camaro, I would love to find one like it. Appreciate all of your great videos.

Thank you!! Classic cars, Doobie Brothers, and vintage lures… what more do you need 👍🏼 the Camaro was a 1977 one owner with a 350. Loved that car. Sold it at Mecum a couple years ago. Have a Bronco now. I find all my cars on fb marketplace
      Thanks for watching

The other snag proof is a snag proof worm. When I would cast those frogs they always would land upside down.

Great haul. It would be awesome to see a video of you going through all of the cool stuff on the wall behind you

I agree, I would like to figure out a way to film while I’m looking over stuff. People look at you pretty funny if you have a GoPro strapped on at an estate sale haha

The one you called a bomber is a Bandit 200 made in China. Bandits were popular and good lures made in USA, then Mexico, before being bought out and made in China. I collect and use the older Footloose and 100's, I will grab an older 200 or 300 if I like the color to fish with.
Good luck with getting your son into fishing.

Ah yes! After I posted the vid… I was thinking about that lure, and wondered if it was a Bandit. Thanks for the info! Thanks for watching

Nice haul there. Fly rod is a steal

Yes the fly rod alone sells anywhere from $50-$150 on eBay. I think $12 is good investment for the combo 👊🏼 plus it will be a blast to use vintage gear

That is a good find. The old blue and white spinnerbait is a Strike King. I still have a few of those.

I thought it might be. I have a few of those diamond blades in package. Thanks for verifying and for watching!

Great vid but i would love to see how you work an estae sale. May i suggest a body cam. Great finds i went yard saling for lures a couple weeks ago and went to 44 yaed sales and didnt find a single lure. I went to the public auction that my town has and picked some really food lures but i cant ever seem to find the storm wiggle warts. Cant wait till next tume.

Thank you! I thought about that. I was hesitant about wearing a body cam, but I do think it would be cool to bring in the camera and record when I’m sifting through. I’ll try that for next time
