Santo Domingo is located in the south of the Dominican Republic, in the southeastern part of the island of Haiti. The city occupies a stretch of the flat coast of the Caribbean Sea. The climate is humid and tropical. Also, the Ozama River and the Alcazar de Colon are the oldest viceroy residences in America. It is part of the Colonial City of Santo Domingo. The building houses the Alcazar de Diego Colon Museum.

Hello, does the bus have a restroom in it ?

No...but they stop at one big rest area for the restroom/snack break after 1 hour. Total time to travel Santo Domingo from Punta Cana is roughly 2:15 hr
