15 months and 10K miles on my Fuel EXe 9.7 (TQ HPR50 motor). No issues bro. Only money spent is 5 tires and 1 chain. Almost bought a Levo but now I'm glad I didn't😀
gen1 levo here with no belt issue (have spare kit ready in case it happens one day), just had one issue - power connector pins worn out once over the years
I had a rail 9.7 about a month ago then i went to the canyon website and I noticed that I could of bought a lot more bike for what i payed at trek. Returned the rail and ended up getting a spectral: ON full carbon, sram eagle axs, fox 38 performance elite etc what else could you ask for. Best decision ever. It also came with the new shimano ep801 that just received a really nice firmware upgrade and its even quieter than the bosch i had.
Hi, today I'm buying a turbo left aloe the most basic on rock shock brake db8pereklyuk srame ns that in your opinion should be changed immediately or nothing is needed but just go sps
Dude, the Trek was sorted. Why chop it in for this and it’s been trouble. I love the vids and used you vids as reference and got the fox front and rear. Now I wouldn’t part the the Rail.
Man I don’t disagree with you at all sir! I honestly would had of kept the Rail but EBay relished it and then it sold lol. I still love the Levo (geometry) and the power delivery.
That sucks mate, I bought the same bike and out of the box had the same problem with back wheel. Luckily there is a specialized concept store close and just gave me a new wheel straight away. Does the cascade link and over forking void the warranty I know it did on my Santa Cruz.
I don't get the issue. What is the problem? It's hard to tell form the video. I have a levo gen 3 with just under 1000 miles and I've had no issues. It does make some noise, but that's normal.
@@ebikesandthings I used to work for a Specialized dealer and I have a lot of experience with their warranty department. They are very good and take care of the customer. I've had several situations where they weren't obligated to help customer but did so anyway. But sometimes the process can be complicated. Have patience and I'm sure they will make it right.
So the bike motor still works but is noisy? So can you still ride it until your come up in the service cue? I guess this is a good reason to buy the bike from the local bike shop instead of a cheaper online source. I am close to pulling the trigger on a purchase.
My Specialized Kenevo motor (belt) broke after about 100m/330ft, so it could be worse 😂 Hopefully you get yours fixed quickly! Great bikes nevertheless...
Dude that’s why i never be back to Specialized. They can put gold on the bikes but they still trash. Never had 1 issue with Shimano and now with Bosh none yet
Cant stand the rattle from shimano or bosch motors. Get the sl version of trek or specialized for almost zero motor issues or noise. 🤙 Plus you get fitter.
I just bought this bike 😮🤘🏼 had a 2022 with over thousand mile on clock and no issues now traded it in for this bike fingers crossed
Yeah man some people don’t have any issues at all! Enjoy the new bike.
@@ebikesandthings thanks

Oh wow! That sounds like a great bike with some nice mods. I have heard great things about Canyon.
With Canyon you definitely get more for your money. 👌🏽
dang bro, i remember u being so excited when u first got the bike. sorry to hear about the malfunction.
@@WonTONgaming218 Haha I am still happy just have bad luck here and there. Bike still rides amazing! Just don’t want to hike it back that’s all.
Any updates?
The rear hub needed to be greased to fix mine...
Hmmm sweet bike but that didn't last long. I've found that when my stuff is getting fixed is usually when I start shopping.
Agree!

It sounds like bad bearings. Well bike shop agreed there is an issue, we shall see.

Yeah it’s just making noises but they said I can still ride it. One reason I picked Specialized due to all the dealers and their service.
