I have a Levo too and on the fence about these. Do they make that much difference in ride quality? Im starting to get air burps on hard hits and I think that would be the best need for them. Just wondering if theyre worth the price and install.

Howdy, i have the long link and an S4 size ( and am 240lbs) how does the 180mm fork feel , does it raise the bottom bracket much? Slacken the head tube out to much? TIA

trek reil5 2021 fork upgrade fox 36 an acs3 push industry coil/ air kit mach with rockshox vivid coil 170mm front 160mm rear but now must upgrade hubs and rims also brakes magura mt7 and mdrp rotors.coil rear is best upgrade i put on my old havy rail5 but must doo it beacuse it change bike complitly then i hear my frend have kit for fox 36 65 percent of trawel is poore coil then last 35 is air damper full costum with pump for air shock so i must tray it and what to say fox entry level fork work like premium 1000e or more or better .so i recomebd first rear coil is magic in Trek ABP system you have fool benefit of breaking control so as smol bump and mid stroke suport from coil if you have mony for ZEB or 38 fox premium fork apsolutly doo it different bike .if you like rail now you can not bealive how good is with coil.good ride and sory my english is not so good but point is coil must tray .

67 year old fart soon to be 68 just ordered the exact same bike you got but a 2024. I haven’t ridden a bicycle in over 7 years. I did get addicted to road riding so it will be fun on the trails with an E-bike. Never ridden one of those either. I am an offroad motorcycle rider so I need another escape. I watched a boat load of videos and yours was the last. Your enthusiasm might be the video that pushed me over the edge. I was checking out the mud guard you installed. It appears these have to be purchased from the UK? Didn’t find any dealers in the states. Will you put a mud guard on the front? Looking forward to learning something new. Thanks for your review.

Yes, the EP801 upgrade made a huge difference. My Bullit has 3855kms on it and it’s still going strong with an EP8 motor. My wife’s Heckler with EP801 has less drag down hill and much smoother power deliver up hill.

Ok ya said bigger guy and I saw 5’-10”. What type of weight are you? I’m 6’-7” and about 250 lbs. based on the size chart Trek’s does make XXL but Specialized says I’m size S6 which they make.

I broke 3 ribs with my first ride with the factory settings. It was WAY too torquey and dangerous and launched me off of a cliff. I had to re-map my Specialized Gen. 3, and it is WAY better!!! My settings are: Eco (10) - 20:100 Trail (20) - 30:100 Turbo (50) - 60:100

They're basically charging 1.6K for GXS install. Roughly 3 times the retail cost, nothing too egregious.

I’ve watched all the 25 Lagoon builds over the past few years and excited to have found you posting fresh new videos of this tank that bought me back to the hobby. It Looks amazing already and to a level Im hoping to get my tank to soon. Just put my own IM25 stand together and was pleased with its aluminum build and overall quality. Like I mentioned I’ve been buying equipment for awhile and have all the IM gear spin streams, reactor, Skimmer, fuge light, UV, fleece roller, Helios Heater. Don’t forget to look at the high tide riser IM makes so you could raise your display water height by adjusting the intake weir grates. For lighting I have a Kessil a160 and picked up a new in box but older version Apex EL to monitor temp and PH. I had purchased the pro version of the tank & stand package and its interesting to see on the “base” model you get two return pumps stock while there pro version comes with one albeit it’s their 326gph DC pump. If I upgrade the pump I’d been eyeing the AI Axis pumps with their bottom feed vertical orientation that fit easily in the back chamber. Anyways great build and I will be watching for more of your Lagoon content as I tag along. Thanks for sharing!

Special grade or Fiji pink sand? Had my Lagoon for 2 years boxed and finally getting it running in the next month. I’m gonna run Intank media basket, Bubble Magnus, Return , Fuge, and IM fleece roller. I got the IM UV but for algae blooms but think day to day Media Basket and fleece roller would be more useful. But AIOs are about simplicity and not having every gadget there is stuck in the water.
