4 Select Entire row - Shift + Space

7 Hide Column - Ctrl + 0
8 Delete a Column or Row - Ctrl + -
9 New Line In Cell - Alt+Enter
10 Show hide Formula -
11 Save As active file - F12
12 Create Charte From Select Date - F11
13 Insert New Worksheet - Shift + F11
14 Move Forward Between worksheets in the same document. Ctrl + Pg Down
15 Move back between worksheets in the same documnet. - Ctrl + Pg Down
16 Format Number in comma format - Ctrl + Shift + 1
17 Format number in date format - Ctrl _ Shift +3
18 Format number in currency format ($) - Ctrl + Shift +4
19 Format number in percentage format - Ctrl +Shift + 5
20 Move to cell A1 - Ctrl + Home
21 Switch between showing Excel formula or their values in cells - Ctrl + `

Ctrl+O: Open an existing workbook
Ctrl+S: Save a workbook
F12: Open the Save As dialog box
Ctrl+W: Close a workbook
Ctrl+F4: Close Excel
F4: Repeat the last command or action. For example, if the last thing you typed in a cell is “hello,” or if you change the font color, clicking another cell and pressing F4 repeats that action in the new cell.
Shift+F11: Insert a new worksheet
Ctrl+Z: Undo an action
Ctrl+Y: Redo an action
