I just realized the lights correspond to all the celestial bodies in the Kerbol system. The center one is Kerbol. On the left you have Moho, Kerbin and her moons, Dres and Eeloo. On the right is Eve with Gilly, Duna with Ike and finally Jool and its 5 moons. That’s actually some really neat symbology.
