This is an absolute shame, that no one lives in this magnificent house! It's hard to understand why someone would put so much work into a place, and just turn around and leave it! The fact that the cupboard door and the normal door open on their own is 100 percent proof the place is haunted. Its how they opened... i would love it if you guys go back to that place sooner than later and leave more cameras in the house and for a longer period of time. Also, it is an old house and floor boards will creak on their own. That said, you don't get walking noises from creaking floor boards. This was amazing to witness this.
Thank you, Elliot and Joe, for this one. Not only are the house and furnishings beautiful, but the noises defy explanation. The place is surely haunted. When the door in the bedroom shut and opened, I jumped out of my chair! Thorough work as always.
its likely a historically listed building that needs a lot of work that has to be done. nothing can be added or subtracted from these kinds of buildings and is likely more trouble than its worth

There’s definitely something or someone still there. It’s like you are back in time, listening to people in that house go about their day. The fact you don’t get any activity on command seems like it can’t hear you, so it doesn’t respond. And the fact that activity still continues afterwards confirms that. It feels almost like a time slip!
What a brilliant investigation. I felt nervous throughout. Beautiful place, perhaps it was abandoned because the owners were too scared to live there anymore. And that door moving scared the shit out of me. Lol.

I can’t imagine a place with that much history just sitting there for anyone to walk in. It’s amazing, gorgeous. It’s the epitome of an English country farm. Just glorious. I’m so sad that there’s no one living there anymore. Why are there sinks in some of the bedrooms? Never seen that before, lol. 11:28 crystal clear footsteps 14:49 what in the heck was that noise? Happened twice, almost like a moan, as much as that’s cliche 23:47 I almost never hear voices, or breath sounds, but there’s a very clear inhale and exhale here that couldn’t have been either one of you, a squeak of the floorboards right before too Once you started investigating, the vibe absolutely changed. I could feel it thru the video even. That place is haunted AF, which is only proper for a building of that age. Perhaps that’s why the family left. As others have said, this seems to be a residual haunting. Nothing intelligent there, which is why you didn’t get any specific answers but a ton of activity.
I don't understand how place like this get left. The detail is amazing , the Grandfather clock the wardrobe in the bedroom what an amazing place - I don't understand
As an American, seeing British architecture is always so bizzare in a cool way. You can tell that that house was built with whatever wood was on hand and they just made it work. Its amazing someone would go through the trouble of restoring that piece of history only to abandon it again
It sounds like a residual haunting. As you said, going about their own business, but not aware of you. It's like a recording of the past that is in the very fibres of the building, which is fascinating imo. What I really want to know is, DID YOU SAVE THE FROG???
When you left your camera's in the property, what i noticed at 44.10 there were two orbs above the table and chairs, then a grunt. You have to visit this location again at night. Cheers J&E.
This house was beautiful! Looked to me almost like a medieval house. But another great video guys! The sounds that was heard, the door moving, and I thought I heard a whisper at 37:19 mark, right after Elliot asks, "are we welcome here". Sounded like run to me anyway. You guys are the best!
Thanks loved this one!! What an absolutely stunning place, . I'd love to know the history, sad it's abandoned.... I think someone said that re-thatching is £20K+ these days!!!! It's a sad fact that what is in law to protect these places frequently dooms them, everything in that place is going to be a thousand bureaucratic leaps and sanding a squeaky floorboard requires an 'impact study'. Oh and 44:12? On the mantle was that flash a security light?
Such a beautiful house, i do believe what you witnessed was residual haunting where they do not interact or are intelligent spirits and are not aware of you , they just go about as they did 100 if not hundreds of years ago.Great location guys
Such a beautiful house, I wonder if whoever was renovating it just ran out of funds and had to abandon it, though it's odd because you could definitely sell it as it is, it doesn't look like it needs much more work done aside from the windows. The walking sounds were pretty spooky, it sounded a bit too distinct to be just old house noises - I also heard the bell too. As for the camera footage, I would say that was just the house creaking and the door could well have been the wind if there was a draft up there, it looked pretty windy when you were outside getting jumpscared by a fox! Definitely worth a revisit, even just to see the building again! Great stuff as always, you guys are just fantastic!
Great explore guys!! What a beautiful house!! Such a shame it’s abandoned. I was thinking in the beginning of your explore that I could live there but when you called out to the spirits and stood still I could very clearly hear footsteps. Even w/o headphones. I agree with another viewer that said they feel a lot of residual energy in the house. It’s like the “residents” “live” in their time dimension and you’re exploring now with all of you using the same space. I also heard the bell, again w/o headphones. Thnx for doing and sharing this great explore! 👍🏻❤️🇺🇸🇬🇧👻

Lol.
OMGosh. This place is absolutely breathtakingly Gorgeous
It would be really interesting to hear the story of the people that spent a fortune saving this house only to abandon it
This place is gorgeous
In the diningroom after the loud tap, i'm sure i hear a sniff. 😂 That door guys! 😵💫 Remarkable!
Good evening guys such a birthday 🎂 treat for me on my 59th birthday. Cannot wait. Xxxxx

great video! I have to question though, why is it so CLEAN??? spirits must be keeping it clean!
❤
My Sunday morning ritual is to watch you guys. What a treat this video is. Stunning property ❤
This is absolutely beautiful, a true treasure. Great investigation guys .
You guys should do a live q and a…I always wondered if you guys had any “hitchhikers”…things following you home, strange dreams, odd occurrences etc... I am very curious to know as I return to your channel quite frequently. Cheers from Connecticut, United States.
Footsteps Everywhere!
And only just started!
Yayyyy! 👻
Really glad I wore my headphones. This was a stunning place and on top if that... wow. What in the eff was all that if not paranomal? A real good one guys. Cheers from Sweden.
The help me at 26:02 is chilling,, besides the other shit im hearing,, whimpers like someone’s crying in the beginning,, 28:58 another help me echoing,, this ones even louder
Beautiful house! It's full of residual energy; that's for dang sure!!
5:42 heavy breath, maybe a word; definitely lots of cracks and creaks but didn't notice anything else. The static cameras captured some evidence of the door moving, twice. I really wonder why they chose to restore the house as they did, leaving open structural elements. Great explore. 👍👍👍
I actually couldn’t live in that house either… I’d be scared to even go to the loo by myself.
Oh no I'd love to live there I'd have company all the time and I'm more scared of the living then the dead 😊
Would you guys consider taking a medium or psychic with you on one of your investigations. This would be amazing amazing if you did and come bk here. I think there's so much to find out here and who's still here 😊
What an amazing property great investigation. I once lived in a house like that was haunted as well and quite terrifying at times x
Can’t wait guys, yous should try and get in touch with the lit& Phil library in Newcastle upon Tyne. They allow ghost hunts and would more then likely let you guys cause you do it with respect of the properties.
Ooh that is good to know. Could you email the boys about this please?
@@OurEm56 I wouldn’t know how to email them at all, but do you know what library I’m talking about ? If not search it up I’m sure it’s one of the oldest it’s got it own wiki page. And there’s videos of other ghost hunts there on TH-cam
@@geordieboy1309 Hi sorry. Should have said I am one of their moderators and help them. If you wish to email it is ukghosttheory@gmail.com
@@OurEm56 cheers I’ll give them a message, there’s a good few places up here I’ll send them a list. Alan Robson who does night owles does ghost hunts all over Newcastle and north east
Another Geordie. Cool. Hardly seen many investigations up here but there must be loads great places
Oh i can't wait. I love you guys because you are the only ones that bring us real vids. All the others are fake and full of theatrics. I appreciate your videos, more than you know.
I'm so glad you investigated this place, this is one of my favourite places. It is 1000000% haunted, well done and thank you
"Woody"..How did you know his name? The humour remains. I love it.😅
I can’t imagine a place with that much history just sitting there for anyone to walk in. It’s amazing, gorgeous. It’s the epitome of an English country farm. Just glorious. I’m so sad that there’s no one living there anymore. Why are there sinks in some of the bedrooms? Never seen that before, lol.
11:28 crystal clear footsteps
14:49 what in the heck was that noise? Happened twice, almost like a moan, as much as that’s cliche
23:47 I almost never hear voices, or breath sounds, but there’s a very clear inhale and exhale here that couldn’t have been either one of you, a squeak of the floorboards right before too
Once you started investigating, the vibe absolutely changed. I could feel it thru the video even. That place is haunted AF, which is only proper for a building of that age. Perhaps that’s why the family left. As others have said, this seems to be a residual haunting. Nothing intelligent there, which is why you didn’t get any specific answers but a ton of activity.
30:23 I heard the bell Elliot - headphones are def better!
I don't understand how place like this get left. The detail is amazing , the Grandfather clock the wardrobe in the bedroom what an amazing place - I don't understand
What a beautiful property.
As an American, seeing British architecture is always so bizzare in a cool way. You can tell that that house was built with whatever wood was on hand and they just made it work. Its amazing someone would go through the trouble of restoring that piece of history only to abandon it again
Does make you wonder why they abandoned it again after all the restoration that was done.
43:17 Good job, just like Paranormal Quest 'we're leaving' 😅😮❤️
Wow that episode had me on edge, creepy! Great job guys!
I love your invitation. You always make me laugh with all your jokes and one liners
It looks like it is open to the public. It is so beautiful!! Nice not to see graffitti for a change love from Australia ❤
Y’all are awesome!
It sounds like a residual haunting. As you said, going about their own business, but not aware of you. It's like a recording of the past that is in the very fibres of the building, which is fascinating imo. What I really want to know is, DID YOU SAVE THE FROG???
I want to know that too !! ❤🐸
Such a beautiful house and amazing investigation. Thanks so much guys x
Holy freakin crap!!! (pardon my language). This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! 😮😮😮
Fantastic video boys, one of the best yet. Those footsteps are scary and then the door. You must go back and do another!
When you left your camera's in the property, what i noticed at 44.10 there were two orbs above the table and chairs, then a grunt. You have to visit this location again at night. Cheers J&E.
Absolutely unbelievable episode, it was fantastic. Would love you to go back at night ❤
This house was beautiful! Looked to me almost like a medieval house. But another great video guys! The sounds that was heard, the door moving, and I thought I heard a whisper at 37:19 mark, right after Elliot asks, "are we welcome here". Sounded like run to me anyway. You guys are the best!
I’m so happy I found this channel. Great ghost hunting but more importantly, great fun and humor!😊
Stunning location, great episode guys. Very spooky, when you left cameras alone in there, it looked like an orb went across by the dining table.
Such a beautiful house, i do believe what you witnessed was residual haunting where they do not interact or are intelligent spirits and are not aware of you , they just go about as they did 100 if not hundreds of years ago.Great location guys
You guys could be a little stealthier by putting wool covers under your shoes like the ones used on car polishers. Make your sneaking sneakier.
This is a hauntingly, magical place. Great explore!
What an amazing vid. This building is astonishing. To be left abandoned is a crime on it's own. Thx for sharing guys & well done. 👍
Absolutely beautiful house! And the furnishings and details. Spirits might have scared off the owners, but I can’t imagine leaving your furniture……. I absolutely love the paranormal and you guys did not disappoint me… I lived in a house for 4 years with paranormal happenings and it is definitely an experience I do not want to ever do it again!! I couldn’t wait to get out of the house!! I was on edge with the many sounds of footsteps and noises right along with you!!!! Great video guys!! I love watching you guys whether you film any paranormal or not!!!!!! Be Safe!!!! Absolutely fantastic video!!!!!!!!
