Had to pause the video for a moment to comment about the walk through the woods you took. I could just imagine you guys as kids finding a boat like that and giving it a go and being out from sun up to sundown doing exactly the same things. And finding that hobbit house was amazing! How can places like that be left to fall apart and get overgrown?! Such a damn shame. Imagine that place fully renovated, all the overgrown vegetation cut back, the pond restored, the lake reclaimed, and the entire grounds landscaped once more. It would be stunning!

I totally agree and what I love about Joe and Elliott they have a level of skepticism and will debunk and rule out natural causes. This shows their honesty and why so many of us respect them. Plus do not rely on technology all the time and are honest to say that the tech is flawed and can give false evidence.

The thermostat didn’t just slip off the window sill - it hit the floor with significant force. Then there were the loud noises that followed it, hardly a coincidence. Investigators need to be brave and stand their ground when something unexplainable happens - please show it as this is why we watch. Anyone who watches lots of these videos catches onto the fakers pretty quickly and there will always be those who shout fake because they are so resistant to the concept of paranormal activity. Keep up the excellent videos 👍X

I believe in Ghosts and see things which I cannot explain away. However, I do have a level of skepticism and don't jump on the paranormal bandwagon when every little thing goes off or a bang. Proof is good with proof it validates the existence of Ghosts. Although non believers will always be closed mind to a point until something happens to them lol.
Thats what I love about these guys they have a level of skepticism and will not always jump to the paranormal for every little thing which happens. This sets them above other channels. Without proof it can be frustrating as you cannot say definitely it's paranormal or just natural noise or every time the wind blows a door everyone will be saying it's a Ghost 😂.

Hi guys a similar thing happened to me in the 90s when I was playing in a band in a 130 year old winery in South Australia. It was a long weekend and we were playing Fri, Sat and Sunday during the day and we had to sleep in one of the offices in the old winery house at night. I had taken some sandwiches along for latter that night and had put them about six inches from the edge of a table flat on the table. Just as we were getting our bedding stuff ready for bed the sandwiches flew off the table and landed six feet away on the floor. I found out latter that they acutely do ghost tours there and apparently they see strange things happen all the time. Nice of them to tell us about it. I got a really good sleep that night.....Well one of my eyes did anyway.😂😂🤣🤣

At 39:20 a large orb flies by the back of Joe's head! What a beautiful but spooky place. I agree....that was some of the best evidence to date that you guys have caught! WOW!!! That thermostat was definitely thrown! You can clearly see it in mid air. Great investigation!!!! I have not missed any of your videos and I'm certainly glad I didn't miss this one. I truly don't know why no one lives there? Well besides the ghosts. It seems to be in fairly good condition and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. I think I could share the space with casper. Never ever be ashamed to show what you capture, it's all evidence. There's no way that box fell off the window sill so must have been touched/pushed. Could tell it flummoxed you both coz you tried so hard to debunk it. Love the bar light/sound, it's a great piece of added equipment. The debunkers, specifically the ones who throw accusations without proof, are causing teams to not show their paranormal evidence. I have never ever watched any paranormal crap. But "Ghost Theory" I'm subscribed just from the prior video with the gunshot, falling or running down the stairs. No crap just two Down to Earth guys exploring something we as Human's don't understand or are curious about, without the "drama, crap, fakeness" Has anyone ever thought a home abandoned leaves events of it's past within it's walls? To myself this seems to be an Evil Human's memories of family abuse reliving the same event every time at that time, murder hence the gun shot, falling down stairs or running away from the abuser. Or could it be a different dimension, a time hole where the home is in a time where you two are actually the intruders and the Soul's are in their time zone and you two are actually witnessing/hearing the past. If that makes sense.? Maybe your investigating abandoned homes takes you to a vortex of some sort a time of the past. This investigation was what made me think the shotgun was a family Anialator hence the little girl screaming the voices, the running from the gun. I HONESTY believe our loved one's gone Home/Heaven too soon don't stay but go to a Beautiful place where we will see them again when it's our time to go Home/Heaven. On the other hand Evil Personified Soulless, Narcarcisstic, Cruel, Evil Soul's i hope are left in limbo. As punishment for their cruel acts against Children, Animal's, family members and innocent Soul's. 25:38 After Elliot says "horrible" there's an ever so faint female "hmmm". I had my eyes closed with my headphones turned way up and heard it quite well. It made me stop and replay it several times, hearing it (faintly) every time. And again at 30:28 after Elliot says "what the fukn hell" a second passes and again another (faint) female voice, three + syllables. I listened again and again with headphone's volume way up. It's there.

Really cool capture guys. I have to say this though. It makes me SUPER angry when I see these gorgeous homes gone to crap. Can you imagine them in all their glory? What I would give to see that house when it was lived in. I am really curious how/why it happens. Someone has got to own it, no?
Oh, one more thing. I remember Joe mentioning on a recent video something about always having his phone on silent. You guys should really make sure you do not have your phones on (or in airplane mode) when investigating. The signal from a phone can set off numerous paranormal devices. It's a easy way for people to fake activity (not that I think you guys would ever do that).

Capture the footage, try to debunk, and at the end of the day let the audience decide. Sometimes you get the evidence and sometimes you don't. This time, you got a jackpot, an amazing capture.
Let the haters and non-believers hate. Not everyone will be a believer and if they don't believe then that's their choice and they don't need to become a keyboard worrier and keyboard bash us with their negative non believing feedback.

Really really enjoyed that. That switch being thrown was amazing, what a great peice of evidence. Of course you should show what ever you capture, whats the point in doing this if you dont? Let people make their own minds up, if they believe it to be fake thats ok. Its only an opinion, you know its real. Ive seen these things happen myself, its very rare, but it does happen. Some things cannot be explained, only as paranormal.

Well at last you got a result .That monitor for the heating must have been pushed off the window sill ,it wouldn't just have fallen ,would it.?That little hobbit type house was lovely with the hanging copper pans and fire.I don't think anyone will be able to debunk this.There is a lot of petty squabbles going on at present in the paranormal community which is jolly silly .Better to ignore it all I feel .Thankyou for this I think you both conduct your explores very professionally and respectfully .So a big thumbs up from me for Joe and Elliot .Thankyou so much.
39:45 orb floats past your ear and the meter starts to spike, there is an orb that also appears near your head just before the thermostat gets thrown
