- Hello i show you how mommy wakes me up everymorning ...Sorry for the dark video in the beginning but i sleep in a dark cage coverd with dark blankets , in my room its quiet and dark ...so i get my rest i need !! I sleep for 12/14 hours a day ..... and how i go to my tree to get my palmnutoil wit a few nuts on 😍 and show you my shower moment of the day 😀hope you like my video 😅😅😅😘 This is my Monday morning 👍🏻👍🏻 DON"T give me Critic on my vertical filming it was in first intention only made for instagram but mommy wants to show my mondaymorning here too , thnx

You act as if Harley put that cup on her own head but she didn't. I wonder if she liked having that cup on head, kwim? She IS really cute and pretty good natured in that she let her mama pull her off the perch when she was trying to go higher on it. I love her mama's voice. So soothing.
With that cup on her head and the towel wrapped around her, I thought she looked like she was auditioning for the Shriners organization. Only one of the most adorable birds on all of TH-cam because of the way she is being raised and cared for. Thanks so much for sharing your adventures with her and Gizmo.

I've got a small silver crested cockatoo, she makes funny sounds but Harley really tries to tell you somthing. I wish my cockatoo could talk things we don't understand that would be really funny :D

I have just discovered Harley. I have wanted a bird for a long time now...being once again single and not as young as I used to be, I would love to adopt one. It would have been nice to get a young bird when I was young, but at this point in time, I think it unfair to die before my bird does! LOL So I shall try to find one with an older parent that has the same concern that I do. Befriend the parent and the bird and allow them the peace of mind that when their time comes to "go home" as it were, the bird will be in safe and loving hands...I hope for that anyway...Harley inspires that in me now! Great lil' guy you got there!! LOL! Makes me smile from ear to ear!! Thank you and Harley for the smiles and laughs!! LOL
These birds are a lot of work! Their TH-cam owners make it look easy. Are you really prepared to dedicate most of your time to pampering and amusing these birds? How patient is Harley's mama to stack cups for her amusement? I couldn't do that.
Also, these birds live to be 80 years old. Do you also plan to live to be 80? Can you assure that? You need to get a very old bird if you plan to die at the same time as the bird. OR, you can get a young bird and make sure you befriend someone young who will take the bird when you die.
+rmg0c When you think you're ready, perhaps you could volunteer at a 'parrot rescue' for a few hours a week. They would appreciate your help and you could begin to learn about the responsibility entailed in caring for a parrot. They may even have a foster program where they allow a volunteer to care for a parrot in their own home. You would also be socializing the parrot so that it would be ready to go to its new forever home. You would learn a lot about different parrot species in a 'parrot rescue', and that knowledge could help you decide which parrot would be the best fit for your personality and lifestyle. Then you could adopt a parrot that someone else abandoned and you two would become besties.(win-win)

Ooouuu dat wil ik ook wel :3 .. Ik heb mijn valkparkiet nu al 9 jaar en ik heb nog steeds geen "speelplaats" voor hem :\ .. Ik weet ook gewoon niet waar ik het zou kunnen zetten. Het zou iets moeten zijn dat ik makkelijk kan wegleggen en terug klaarleggen als hij terug uit zijn kooi komt. Hoewel we hebben toch één keer iets in elkaar geknutselt maar hij vond het niet leuk, maar dat was ook écht zo gemaakt van gewoon een stevig soortvan speelgoed met heel veel felle kleuren.. Dat vond hij niet fijn. Misschien moet ik toch eens beter uitkijken voor iets dat écht bedoeld is voor vogels.. Maar we hadden ook ooit eens zo'n vogel tentje gekocht en daar vond hij ook niks aan, hoewel hij wel graag onder zakdoeken en dergelijke kruipt. Achja..

Do you put organic coconut oil on her beak and toesies? Her beak was looking a bit dry to me if u put all natural organic coconut oil on it it'll help make it nice and shiny
No thats when she preens her self it is all dusty so oil does'nt have any effect
