I pay 800 a month in child support. My check would have been 1500 a week before taxes and child support. I made 738 after taxes and child support. I have to provide for a family of four with 738 a week while my ex is on pornhub and only fans. Making who knows what. The justice system needs to be changed especially the child support and custody system. It’s sad they don’t care about the father and since my ex abused me and cheated on me I left but now I am punished for leaving and starting a new and better life. It’s sad. My ex also lied and sad I was going to endanger my child so I couldn’t get Custody. So now in order for me to change things I have to spend thousands I don’t have while being thousands in debt to child support. On top of inflation and all the bs going on. I even told the child support agency I had to quit my job just to feed my and do side work as a plumber. The system is bs. Don’t waste your chances murdering the judge and hope that one day things will change until then suffer daily stress daily with the possibility of jail time over your head. I have paid 100k to my ex since my child support has started all while my daughter lives with her grandmother. They don’t give a shit about you if you are a father. It’s so sad this man felt so hopeless he did this and I can pretty much guarantee he has offed himself somewhere.

The same exact thing happened to my brother when he was getting his divorce. The judge completely blocked him from all custody. The ex-wife told lies about how my brother had abused her and the kids. The truth was SHE was the one who was having multiple affairs and was hitting the kids. My brother went through hell until the kids turned 16 and were able to make their own decisions about which parent to live with. They BOTH chose to live with their father and moved to my brother's place in Texas. It had been ten years since he had seen the kids and they were both in really bad shape from being constantly physically and mentally abused by their mother and all of her men. So, while I certainly don't condone killing the judge, I can certainly understand why the guy did it. Judges really get things wrong A LOT in these touchy custody cases. So many of my friends have been through the same thing. Judges tend to believe accusations rather than doing in depth investigations.

There's always two sides to each story. The dad had no criminal history. He may have just been pushed too far. Soul custody can trigger fairly normal guys. Toss in a wife that likely said and did some nasty stuff and add in lies, the fact he was ordered to pay her a lot of money and then seeing her smiling while the judge likely admonished the dad during his judgement and that can make your blood boil. Something tells me this judge crossed over the line once too many times. When a dad loses everything there's not much sane thoughts or much to live for. Surely soul custody wasn't the only option but the judge paid for it with his life because he was likely married with kids and never felt that indescribable feeling. He may have been able to judge based on law but he was a bad judge of judgement. He had no the danger he created.
