Brilliant! We love making strawberry nachos. So easy to make, fry up flour tortilla triangles til crispy, coat them in sugar then make your strawberry "salsa". Perfect to use up mushy strawberries add whip cream and enjoy!

We purchased one of those light duty cement mixers and use it to stir up our potting soil mix, just toss in scoup s as it spins, works great.

A nice concept for small gardens 👍 You should also consider that small containers have to be watered often (maybe daily) in summer.

Can anyone tell me if the berry plants will survive a freezing winter like this? I know the English climate is lots different from where I am (NJ) ... I would think the plants/roots would freeze solid in small containers. Before I build a wall, wondering if anyone knows if they'll die or if anyone has any advice for insulating them during winter ... In the US, I'm in Zone 7, with winter temps getting into teens and sometimes single digits, esp with wind chill. Thanks so much in advance!
