Charlie's Pasture and the Birding Center are both sites within the Port Aransas Nature Preserve. When you look out from the boardwalk you are looking at Charlie's Pasture in the distance.
I know crazy right? It’s almost like there are birds in the US that you can literally just go outside and see for absolutely free. Who would’ve thought that nature was actually like a real thing?

Yes there are 2 alligators you can often see at least 1 near the boardwalk.
