Great tour, i just found this video. I hope to find more like it. I don’t know what they were thinking when they designed the layout for that house but there is allot of space and with it being an open concept there is a lot of room for modifications and upgrades. It would need a travesty to remove the wood work not to mention costly. Not a fan of the built in ventilation walls and ceiling. What’s the bug and mosquito situation like over there?
Based on your review, sounds like its a sale not rental. What I see as an accomplished remodeler, a lot of work to bring to a US expectation. Drainage, power supply, wiring? I do like the outdoor space. I wonder what ambient temperature hottest months. Roof material? Are local qualified workers readily available? Does water enter from street during flooding? Really helpful thank you.
Yes, a sale, not a rental. The space is not for rent, currently. Power and wiring is all the same here. Poor, lol. This area is hot, it's all the same details as where I live. So my daily life would be the same as there.
@@bananapatch9118 city center is more expensive. Laborio is nearly center. Easy walk to clubs, restaurants, shopping. We are mid city. If this wasn't in the center then $300 tops. maybe $200.
@@ScottAlanMillerVlog they told us $450 when we looked at it a couple of weeks ago. The location is perfect for us, there are nice neighbors there. (But yes, it's for sale) Oh, that tree has better mangos, the big tasty kind, it turns out.

Hard to say but I'd guess about $400 to $450. Because of the location.
