$1299 is a big price bump from the x-t30 ii, close to x-s20.
I am a Canon shooter but I do have a X-T10 and a GFX 50s. The colors in the fuji are more artistic but for paid work I use my Canons.
I’ve been waiting to upgrade my gear for a while. Glad I waited. So many great new cameras coming. No idea 🤷♂️ which brand I’m going to go with. It’s going to be a tough decision. I’m not tied down to any brand. Just want to get the best camera for my needs without breaking the bank.
Currently looks like the z8. But if the Canon R5 ii can do focus stacking with strobes then I may reconsider. It’s a feature I need. Manual focus stacking is tedious 😂.

I checked the Atomos website to see what other Fujifilm cameras it has supported for Raw recording in the past - there are a number including the GFX100II, X-H2S, X-H2, although for those with double UHD or Cinema 8K, it may require a Ninja+, Ninja ultra, shogun ultra or shogun connect. That's no guarantee that it will be possible with the new cameras, but it does make it seem likely1
With only a tilt screen it is a very strong pass for me. Fuji is locking out a good portion of the sales they could have by having only a tilt screen. I didn't need to look any farther than this. The Fujifilm X-T50 is disqualified!
I don't shoot medium format so I don't know the average price for that kind of camera, but this sounds... Pretty cheap? Aren't those cameras usualy more expensive?
Will the xt50 have better autofocus? Hmmm.
