How can I get a simple report of time set to available during the last 30 days for every agent? Not using Scheduling. Only presence states.
I can't seem to get the schedules set up and showing and working for scheduled based assignment.
i couldn't get awa it work and even the community forum couldn't help, they just said to try flow designer... which means awa doesn't work?
