Hi, You can swap the resources by week so possible in mid month as well.... Just adhere to either week or month time period for swapping

Hi Namita, can a single user simultaneously be a resource manager, a project manager, and a resource?

Yes, it is all about the roles that you provide... In this case I believe the same resource is managing work (i.e. projects) as well as resources and also working on the tasks... Too much to expect :-) but technically possible.

Hi Namita, first of all thanks for your video. While watching it I was wondering if you can elaborate a little bit more about PTO. Is this time coming from the time cards that every user fill in? or does this come from the On-Call schedules? thanks in adv.

Hi, Thanks for checking... PTO is coming as an entry made by the resource in his calendar of the type "Time off"... Basically this will exclude the time off period from the capacity calculation of that resource... For example: If John enters 1 day as time off and there is no company holiday in that week then John's capacity for that week will be 32 hours (assuming his schedule is 8 hours per day).

Thanks Namita, I have a few questions.
    - What happens to someone's allocated/confirmed plan if they then add a time off record to their leave calendar?
    - What is that portfolio view you are looking at with the resources tab?
    Thanks!
