Mafumafu and Soraru talk about spring weather (Eng sub)

A few clarifications : Firstly, "May sickness" or Gogatsu byou in japanese, is :"April in Japan is often associated with new beginnings, and therefore a potential source of stress, such as joining a new school or company. These life events can be the cause of an illness that emerges the following month, commonly known as gogatsu-byou, or "May illness"." from the nippon.com website.
And secondly, "the world is so affected by spring weather" here aterarete is used, so I decided to use its fist translation wich is "affected" even if affected could be understood as something in a bad way, but it is also the case for aterarete wich means to suffer from (ex: heat), or to be embarrassed.
