If you're talking about the arrangement - I'd say that it's much better than 90% of people covering songs(any song in general). If you noticed most songs covered by piano only are monotonous when it comes to the vocal work(most of the time the right hand). This guy here takes the liberty to add to the vocals(right hand), etc. and make it more suitable for the piano.
