I was told to grow up when my dog that i had for most of my life died by my family that din’t understand how much that dog got me through, it’s been 5-6 years since I cried and I didn’t bother to cry when my great grandpa died 2 years ago because i didn’t want to be judged by my family again, so I keep my feelings to myself on the inside and only emotions people can notice from me is anger or a blank expression which made my classmates call me “school shooter” or stuff like that which didn’t help my mental state at all, though i go to therapy i just never feel like I’m being truthful when i talk about good things during my sessions.

When my dogs gave birth to little puppies I made it my main objective to make sure these puppies get a good life sadly I failed most of them. But I will admit the first death is always the most painful and eventually I got used to it when my dog gave birth another time. And when one of the puppies died I just stared at its dead body my expression blank and I couldn't even cry and I couldn't even shed a single tear. All I did was pray for it and ask for forgiveness and that I failed him and couldn't achieve my mission. A kid walked up to me during gym class at school and threw a dodge ball point blank as hard as he could in my left eye and I didn’t cry… I had like 1 tear because it caught me off guard and it hurt a lot. A kid walked up to me during gym class at school and threw a dodge ball point blank as hard as he could in my left eye and I didn’t cry… I had like 1 tear because it caught me off guard and it hurt a lot.
I’m scared to tell people how I feel because I don’t trust anyone. I feel like when I tell someone they will tell other people and I don’t want that. My family always says stuff I don’t want other people knowing so I have big trust issues. I’m also scared that my friends will tell their friends what I told them.
I also have trust issues , am in a dicatomy where I want freinds but I am scared of interactions

This is so sad, beautiful and so true. I hope people understand no matter who you are we all feel both the positive and negative emotions cause we have hearts so when you feel them you should let it out especially if you have someone's shoulder to cry on. After all what's the point of having these feelings if we can't embrace them.

I['m a male and haven't cried since 5 years ago. My brother always told me real men don't cry. So I held back and turned it into madness and started threatening and hurting other people. I believed my brother because everyone's seen the bullies that mock you for crying. With my abusive parents I didn't know what to do. I held back, then I realised my brother was wrong. Boys feel sad too... This is my first time crying after 5 years. Life is stressful. I need tranquility and this music has given me just that. Thank you

I was always taught to never cry and to always stay focused on my tasks. I mean it worked. Wouldn't say it's the healthiest, but allowing yourself to be yourself in private helps keep up a strong front in front of others the next day. Shout-out to my comrades. We all understand that when one of us are upset, the rest of us can understand and relate. Always ends up in arguments but laughter in the end xd. Take care out there yall 🫡

As a boy I understand what it means to how emotions are to act big and tough but in reality boys have so much depression and stress that it's scary but even though some girls say that boys need to tough up when they are wrong because boys can be sad and it's okay to release those sad emotions and it's unfair that boys have to be bottle it all up just to feel the pain everyday in their lives knowing that it feels hopeless but i have to something to say to all boys to never let anyone say what boys can feel and hold your head up and never give up even if it feels like the world is against you and stand proud for who you are and who you choose to be
