  • This is the first part of the Better Balance and Fall Prevention. With age, we want to continue striving for optimal mobility and beneficial, safe movement. This one, I hope helps build up the motivation to move more in the ways that we feel safe and can enjoy the exercise sufficiently enough to repeat it often.
