Hello chef Sam, The background music caught my attention! Our MaJie never misses 李大傻. Such a familiar tune. I Cooked this dish this evening. Day 42 of CB 😅. Very fragrant and the galangal has a good crunch. You used Galangal which I think is not commonly used in Cantonese dishes, unlike yellow ginger. Thanks for the recipe. 👍🏼
