Excellent Dr Puspendra. Your step by step teaching with solved problems helps students learn things on their own without any ambig ambiguity.
For instance, crop yields are recorded with urea (fertiliser) applied in two different doses in a paddy field and Sample results showed increase in yield with increased dose of Urea (fertiliser) in experimental field A and field B. In field A 20 kgs of urea was applied and in field B 40 kgs of urea was applied in field B.
Sample results showed increase in grain yield (variance) in field B than field A. The calculated F test is lesser than F table result.
Can we conclude that paddy grain yield increases with increase in Urea (fertiliser) applied?

For all the people asking why he minused 5 from all the values... It is called "CODING". It is a property of ANOVA. If you divide, add, multiply or subtract all the numbers by a common number, your values will not change...

The tabular F value is calculated with (degrees of freedom of column),MS within. likwise in row part also. Why have u used (dfc,Residual) combo? It should have been (2,11) and (3,11) but you have calculated (2,6) and (3,6), please explain why?

Sir , in two way anova followed by post hoc test, pairwise comparsion will be done with estimated marginal means or not. Assign compact letters by compariong estimated means with observed means of each group member
If SSE is zero does it mean that within the group (Column and Row respectively) the variability is zero? but one can observe variation within the groups for both factors. Kindly explain this concept.

If f calculated value equal to f tabulated value means what is the production??
Equal or less then null hypothesis is acceptable. But in such cases you can go to the 4th or 5th place of decimal and you may get difference.

you can take any value it wont change your answer 5 was just taken to make our calculation easy.

Calculated f value is more than tabulated f value than what's the solution for that
that means that there is a significant difference between the variance and alternative hypothesis is true. when calculated f value is less than or equal to tabulated f then null hypothesis holds true

SSE ka df galat hai. SSE ka df nikalne ke liye "df=total N - total number of group" ye formula use karna padta hai. ye example galat hai, interaction effect nahi nikala, isliye apka last answer bhi galat hai,, last step total galat hai, book padho achese, phir aise lecture dena.
Aisa example ho bhi nahi sakta.
