God, he's so relatable. Im pretty sure I'm older than Shinri, but so many people I've met that just wing it is like 90% to get by Adulting. It ranks up to like 95% when raising kids is involved.
Koi dad never stops spitting facts. Unfortunately, I don't tune in to his streams much, but man, every time I watch clips of him yapping about life stuff, almost all of it is relatable, lmao.
Honestly, with how little trust I have for "Fake it 'til you make it," especially with how much noise people make over shady peeps being exposed, I found myself learning about the value of humbly taking the hit and taking the L alongside plainly learning myself and being myself. It's not as relatable, it's not as convenient, and it sure is freaking scarier, but why even demand ourselves to do good if we can't do good at all?
I feel you, it's an act of bravery to be honest and true, and sometimes it's just nice to take the hits for being true to yourself, at least people know who you are from the get-go, not having to pretend anything. What they see is what they get, and they can't pin down anything on you. Ownership of our true selves > clout that can go down anytime b/c it's not solid truth
@@Pikachugecko I think even shady people can and do recognize and fear fellow shady people, though. I mean, think of people who try to make themselves look good by bandwagoning on whistleblowers and victims. Witness them use words that are at least as abusive as what the ones they claim to defend got. We can argue that that sort of shady people is worse than obsessed excuses for fans because they know better but choose to prioritize image and convenience over integrity and health. tl;dr: I don't think being true is only fighting falsehood.
@@mftcuaresma I remember folks saying that courage or bravery is doing something despite fear rather than doing something without fear. It's understandable to be afraid, but it's never an excuse to not do good. Heck, it can even be a reason for someone's journey to becoming a genuinely good person!

gotta love how relatable he is xD
I always interpreted the saying as "pretend you know what you're doing and in the act of pushing through you will learn how it's supposed to be done"
He's so real, just like me and my friends that are basically the same age. Let's fuckin gooooo LOL

just that you're worried about the shady people shows that you're better. it's very hard to be yourself and take losses.

You can't learn until you try. You can't try till people give you a chance.
God, he's the ultimate vtuber for people with daddy issues...
meanwhile the Fake Vampire (True) vtuber that left caused daddy issues in some people 😂
