It's funny. When I was younger, in my 20's and early 30's, all of my friends' friends were attractive. The most common reason is because they usually slept at least once with all of their friends. I don't know how it is today, since I stopped going to clubs and bars in my late 20's, but it was common to see everyone grouped up, just like a high school movie, with the handsome jocks, the drag queens, the leather queens, the less attractive all huddled in cliques with little mingling except on the dance floor. It was also sad to see how many in our community enjoyed tearing couples down when they thought one was too cute for the other, especially if one of them was fat.
