- The gun linked to accused number 3, Mthobisi Mncube is the one that killed soccer star Senzo Meyiwa according to the finding of ballistics expert, Chris Mangena. The gun found at suspect no 3's house killed Senzo, why has it taken them so long to prove this? So many questions. Something is very wrong with this trial, did suspect no 3 kill Senzo in a struggle and why did no one see the suspects running away. I still feel that the real story is something we might never know. Why did his closest friends and KK phone everyone except the right people ambulance and police ?? Sim card swops etc etc Senzo's brother said KK would never have arranged for Senzo to be killed. Many people think KK drove him to the hospital to save his life, maybe so but she could have driven him to the hospital to make sure he was not found in the house by the police because of she was scared of what would be found. House was cleaned, items thrown away. This trial is a huge puzzle. My thoughts are with Senzo's family, his dad passed away. His mom has not seen justice in 10 years. I hope whoever did this is locked away for a very long time and never let out. We lost a very talented young man.

Brother if even Longwe is found guilty like we believe hê his. We will still never know what really happened in that house. Only the people who were there when the crime was commited know the truth. It's like that with every case.

This Mangena guy's a professional liar, The gun entered th body at 1.34 m, nd exited nd 1,26m ...then it hit th door at 1,0 m exactly running at a downward direction.....So, how did it end up being found on top of th cupboards behind th glass jars?
1. It ddnt hit even 1 glass jar on top of dat cupboard?
2. How dd it change th direction frm going dwnwards to be sliding across again until the cuphoards , coz cupboards r usually 900mm frm th ground.
So if there were glass jars dat were on top of th cupboard, dat bullet wud've hit them while traveling cos there was only a 100mm depth frm th door hole to th cupboards....

When the ballistic expect want to find the bullet position from the ricochet point, the victim must stand straight up to align the hole on the door. But the victim standing position will not correspond with accused 2 or 3 height. To link the accused the victim must bend forward. Bending forward will alter the trajectory of the bullet. Why are they using both positions to achieve different results. The pathologist says the victim was standing upright, which may align to the position of the bullet head. That scenario throws off the accused.
But the witness has already stated that the hight of the accused alone would not be sufficient to link him as the shooter. We can be of the same hight but our hands & shoulder position be different when we pull the trigger.
In a scuffle, you can’t shoot as if you’re on a shooting range training. The accused’s arm position could have been anywhere when he pulled the trigger.
And that explains why one shot was fired directly on the ground.
@bonnymathebula7077 The hole on. The door is 1.1m, the wound entrance is 1.2m. Fire arm was in acute angle. Deceased was standing upright. If he is places against the door the exit wound is 6cm high. You move him ffd to get the correct trajectory. A short person would find it difficult to tilt the gun to the acute angle

It is always a problem to use a forensic expert for investigation, they were searching for convicted people to fit the profile. There is no testimony that the reconstruction was done independently of the accused. Yesterday testimony was tailor-made to close the gaps of a cover up.

I'm sorry Manqoba you are wrong when you say Zandie said she heard two shorts, she said the first short spark hit her on the leg, then she ran to the Bathroom, she heard the second one, and she heard the third one. The third one sounded different like Dufff it means that's the one that shot Senzo. Not 2 they were 3 shorts.

The defence may still stand by what they said earlier: gun switched or bullet planted. However this gun is alledged to have been used again in 2015 which suggests that it had not been recoverd yet. Chris Mangena even thought the way the bullet hit the floor, the one who fired may have scars caused by the bullet, and it was indeed found to be so. We can now see where the state was going with this whole confusing case!

Why not show the clip of the judge handling the gun and also the blue box containing the bullets. He never said the shooter was taller Senzo could have been bending forward
Remember there’s a witness that said he saw someone with white T-shirt standing with his back towards the door before the shorts went off. Senzo was the one wearing a white T shirt.

I am trying visualise a person holding a gun and dicharging it at 90degrees to the floor risking shooting himself on the foot.. unless the bullet that hit the floor was discharged during the scuffle between the deceased and the perpetrator, after which the deceased was forced to the floor on one knew or any position that may justify the angle of the bullet that penetrated his body.
