So the integrity of the evidence was compromised. However and whatever the scene revealed to first responders should have been videotaped and photographed to show how it was left when Oscar carried Reeva downstairs - and the investigators did not wear booties! IMO the judge should call a mistrial. With all of the mistakes, how can an accurate re-enactment of the crime take place? How can Pistorius get a fair trial?

If he would have carried her to the bed room, there would be a far more significant amount of blood there than just som splatters. You can see the amount of blood that was on the spot when he had carried her down the stairs and put her on the floor.
