As i can see, the most important is to set the sample rate and the while loop time. You know how fast the number is collected and how many data are analysed in FFT way one time.

I need a continuous pulse signal which is basically increasing and decreasing slowly w.r.t. time. i.e. it's a not pulse as it's already given in labview simulate signal option. I need the d.c. signal which may be will be merge of more than 2-3 signals. Please Help. ASAP.

You should know that the sampling rate of signal must be greater than double the frequency of signal. The Nyquist's Theory
