I'm getting that on my Dom with 4519 6s.. adjust your stinger to positive, trim tabs up..I'm waiting on a 42mm high rake! can't wait to see what it does.
Today was 89 degrees outside so the lake water was on the warmer side. Normal thrashing on a 4519 prop the esc barely reaches 110 as well as the motor and lipos. That’s not the case on the older Dom. Also I can run an entire pack at 70mph on a 4614. The normal Dom can only manage a few passes at that speed.
Same here. I only have inside tabs up (and grinded an angle on it) and strut quite a bit up to get nose more up. Did you get the speed with the 1650 or 2000kv motor? The 4519 was very slow on mine...
@@peteroosterhoff8850 that’s with the 1650kv. Ran 70mph for an entire run on 4616 prop. Try that with the 6s 2000kv dom. You’ll smoke your electronics.
@@cdrummond3001 So you were getting same speed with 1650kv on 6s as your doing on 8s now? Got 1650 motor also, so it's not a problem for me to put that back. Mine was fastest with sss2000kv so far (on a small pond) on a proboat stainless prop (believe 4816 with cut leading edge)
Awesome run...Cant wait to add that one to the fleet! Thanks for sharing.
Got same results. The 4519 (oxidian) prop is my slowest prop...
But good for bashing and run time
@@rctony710 that’s what I was looking for!

@@peteroosterhoff8850 stick with the 1650kv. You can run a bigger prop at higher speeds with cooler temps than the 2000kv ever could.
I'm soo surprised at the 58...i can hit that with my Impulse 32 on 6s. I was expecting high 70's or in the 80's.
It’s all good. Low temps. You can run back to back packs all day.
