A year ago I came across a picture on YT in my feed of, a stunning looking woman. Found out her name was Irene who was a member of Kpop group Red Velvet, had heard of kpop but, being a metal head, never bothered with listening. Watched some music videos especially Pyscho and now a year and $12000 later have quite the collection of RV, Snsd, Mamamoo, Hello Venus, IOI, Izone, Dreamcatcher and Gfriend rare albums pc's, postcards posters etc. Definitely Irene got me into Kpop, watching her on level up, getting lost, scared of everything, being v competitive, looking after everyone staff as well, smelling everything, her amazing suppleness etc I call Irene the "fifth element", just perfect. It saddens my heart over the recent witchunt and Wendy's accident which I think have affected her badly, she looks sad sometimes and I worry that when this world situation ends, she may not be doing live concerts anymore. They followed Irene since debut and some actually before debut. In her movie premier day, about 200+ of her fansite waiting her and publicly show their loyalty to Irene and bravely expose themself. Even her sasaeng (crazy fans that know too much and even don't respect their privacy, that followed her even until to toilet and her dorm) said they never see Irene bad attitude towards staff. Sm artist ; Sm artist known for their good attitude. If you can't be humble enough, you will be kicked for sure. They have a class where they teach about attitude and manner too. How to stand, smile etc. Baekhyun already said several time how staff always told them to be humble. If she really suddenly exposed having bad attitude, sm surely kick her right away from their company. Sm also check their trainee bckground. Irene herself said sm takes 2 years to call her back. Found out her name was Irene who was a member of Kpop group Red Velvet, had heard of kpop but, being a metal head, never bothered with listening.
Watched some music videos especially Pyscho and now a year and $12000 later have quite the collection of RV, Snsd, Mamamoo, Hello Venus, IOI, Izone, Dreamcatcher and Gfriend rare albums pc's, postcards posters etc.
Definitely Irene got me into Kpop, watching her on level up, getting lost, scared of everything, being v competitive, looking after everyone staff as well, smelling everything, her amazing suppleness etc
I call Irene the "fifth element", just perfect.
It saddens my heart over the recent witchunt and Wendy's accident which I think have affected her badly, she looks sad sometimes and I worry that when this world situation ends, she may not be doing live concerts anymore.

And the one who support is 'real staff' with 'real acc' and 'real people'. And few days ago her hair stylist, seonha also post her in her ig. Soonsoo her makeup artist since DEBUT can be seen in Irenes ig many times. Both of them really well known as someone behind Irene's and Red Velvet's beauty look. Sunny her choteographer, seulki and other few rv dancer that already work with her for years also post a support to Irene by showing letter, vitamin, airpod (viral that time), other staff post a seaweed soup cooked by Irene to celebrates their birthday as a proof.

Until today not a single fansite of Irene closed. It shows they never seen Irene poor treatment towards her staff and stay with Irene. They followed Irene since debut and some actually before debut. In her movie premier day, about 200+ of her fansite waiting her and publicly show their loyalty to Irene and bravely expose themself. Even her sasaeng (crazy fans that know too much and even don't respect their privacy, that followed her even until to toilet and her dorm) said they never see Irene bad attitude towards staff.

Sm artist known for their good attitude. If you can't be humble enough, you will be kicked for sure. They have a class where they teach about attitude and manner too. How to stand, smile etc. Baekhyun already said several time how staff always told them to be humble. If she really suddenly exposed having bad attitude, sm surely kick her right away from their company. Sm also check their trainee bckground. Irene herself said sm takes 2 years to call her back. Follow krystal in her school days. What do you think sm do in those times? Ofc check everythings. Make sure how clean their image before take them.

The one-day-stylist that have problem with her already accept her appology and said 'stop doing malicious rumour and comment both to her and Irene'. That by saying want everyone to move on. Adding to my statement, about the fact that the stylist-editor, was only hired for one day and Irene treated her like that, that even makes it worse. That means that Irene considered the stylist only as a disposable. Would you go up to someone whom you are working with the first time and swear at him or her? That’s just nonsense.
Plus, you can easily find Irene being a bully on the internet. Here are some I found in 10 minutes: Irene throwing a ball at seulgi on a stage because seulgi wanted to play around with her, Irene taking the centre seat at the fan sign event when the seat was dedicated to joy, Irene not filling up a report sheet sincerely which is used to prepare a show called 주간아이돌. Bc of this one of the crew member of the show had to fill it up for her searching on the internet, Irene staring and pointing at an employee at a department store, Irene taking the mic rudely from yeri on an awards show.
