MTV News: 1991 Slane Castle fire

Here's an MTV News clip showing the major fire that struck Slane Castle in November 19, 1991 (the day after Achtung Baby was released) and connecting it to U2's history at the castle. The fire gutted a third of the castle, which took 10 years to renovate. It reopened in 2001, just months before U2's two concerts there on the Elevation tour. Slane castle is in county Meath not Dublin.

It said Meath behind her. She probably said "near Dublin". Dublin tends to be mentioned cos it's the best known city here from abroad.
