Live By Music in the mix makes good tutorials for those who need more than just a simple outline, this guy really just shows what kinds of sounds you should use, something that i personally find to be the easiest part of making a song.
JUGGY this is true, but to make one genre you must know how to do the more overarching techniques, this doesn’t go in-depth enough to use it alone imo.

He's using a legacy ersion of FL Studio which natively supports theming (FL Studio 11). Newer versions of FL (12, 20) aren't as easy to theme.
