Almost an hour long, just like going to the movie. U R one hard working trapper. Cold temps, ice, hvy duty waders that weight a ton, and the mud. Keeps you young and in shape. Just great vids and like your comments about what your are doing while working on a set. This is a job not everyone gets to experience in life.💯

Trapper j single handedly keeping me inspired to keep trapping by watching his catches. Gonna have to put a camera on my one dp soon, something is playing games with me and I'm not sure im enjoying the games. The other night it had been eaten down to just above the trigger, now it's been set off and nothing even pulled it out of the ground

Hey buddy I also noticed that you left the left safety on the trap at 27:20 unless you undone it under the water while you was putting the hold sticks in!! That I couldn’t tell but when it went under water the one was not taken off!! Oh and that last message when I said that you forgot your setters at the lost spot well I had said that before I had watched you get all the way back to the quad and you realized it!!! That was funny!! Well remember keep up all the hard work buddy!!! I told you that there was plenty more beavers in there!! I’d say that there is at least 2 to 3 more!!!

Nice catch on the mink!
I pull my springs toward the top of the h stand. Gets it closer to the bottom of the run and you can feel it better when it drops in there. My 2 cents. Thanks for sharing.

At the 27:14 mark, your safeties re-latched when you flipped the trap over. I always slide them down to the coils. I couldn't tell if you moved them once the rap was under water. But you can clearly see the left one is hooked at that mark.

There's people flying over you in a jet that can see that run lol. I had to jump in the river in November...I had a beaver that pulled the stake on my drowning rig, so him and the trap were wrapped around my bag of rocks in over 5 foot of icy water lol

For deep muskrats or bank edge... I have coni clips on Hardie board wired back to... Something anything... I wonder if you could get a 330 to set on a coni clip on a larger Hardie board?

At the 27.51 mark you made a set and left the safety catch on on the left side.
Nope look again. Flipped over the trap to the side it doesn't latch on. It's just sitting on the spring not latched.

@@TrapperJOutdoors Every, That being said there might have been some whiskey involved. I only remember 2 babies, and one 4-5 year old ther rest all looked to be 2-3. Maybe I'm wrong, probably tbh.
