As for Shannon and Utah being a closer, I feel like Shannon could only really be a closer if she was suspicious of something about the resturant (perhaps if the chefs were Mousse and Whippa or Guy Mortadello or someone else of dubious nature) and I personally can't see Utah being a closer.
