ill explain in a way using the numpad to the right of the keyboard. its basically a move in ddr where it deemsl ike u have to double step, but u simply shift your body to the direction so taht your foot can touch it.

the standard crossover, for the 4262, shift your body to the right, opposite for the 4868
They tend to make ridiculously hard stepcharts that don't make sense. This is because ITG came out with hard stepcharts that made sense before DDR did.
ill give him credit for passing it but the pad he is using is kinda smaller than the standard arcade ones. even the normal pads are bigger than that. the crossovers are a little easy to reach because of the size of the pad.

I Guess i understand. The only reason i mangry is i have no idea were to play itg or buy it, so im stuck with what i now realize is shitty ddr. Also you are right about ddrs bad stepcharts, there are so many songs in that game that could be amazingly tough stepcharts that they make boringly easy.

His pad is a Cobalt Flux (only available through internet look it up) And try to find supernova at any local gamestop/ebgames. Hope this helped.

The pad is quite a bit smaller than the "normal" ones, not to mention he is holding onto a couch, his movement is minimal.
If you're going to use such severe handicaps, why even choose that difficulty at all?
konami i think designed this and the mode is challenge so they aren't expecting you to pass easily unless you've been playing for a while

Well, I can pass this song with maybe a high C no-bar. I ran 2700 metres from Cooper's test this summer. Might be around 3 kilometres now.

Find a video of Determinator (Expert) from ITG 2. You have to step even faster...and lots of people can easily pass it.
