Done my 1st toad bust last night in Banora Point, was really good fun....the total count was 349 for 1hrs work.... That's great, but also worrying to know how many are out there... I hope more people get involved in this brilliant service operated by Watergum and Tweed Heads Council 👍🏻👌🏻💪🏻🇦🇺
The lure pheromone is specific to cane toad tadpoles, it will not attract anything else, but other organisms may still enter the trap by mistake. This is why they pour the contents of the trap through a net in the video, this way they can see whether there is anything else in there and put it back in the water if there is.
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not have the capacity to ship overseas. As well as this, there has only been trials here in Australia on our cane toads and that the pheromone does not affect any other species of our native frog population. We have not been able to branch out and see if this pheromone could compromise the native toad population to Florida and local regions nearby.
Awesome work team! This needs a big marketing campaign throughout the northern states!!

Hi. Are the lures available for export to the Uk?
Does this only attract toads or frog taddies as well?

Went to your website and it only ships to Australia. Any means to get these to USA- Florida.
