People who did the whole game with level 0 swing assist
it's not so difficult
I beat it with 2 swing assist
I beat it first time with 0 assist. I sucked at first but after a bit it became pretty easy.
I beat my first run with 0 but now I play on 1 bc it keeps all the physics based swinging without hitting the ground every 2 seconds
I played only on 0 and I didn’t think it was too hard, I did fail on some chase missions but not too much
So fun fact, the first person swinging wouldn’t look so shaky because our eyes and brain work together to smoothen everything out. It wouldn’t feeling like spinning around unless your ACTUALLY spinning around. It’s like doing a front flip on a trampoline. Visions pretty clear. It’s all the movement in your stomach that would make you vomit, not your vision
theres certain people who get dizzy playing certain games with a lot of motion

@@LAIN._.same with why they cant play vr games without intense nausea, so devs solve accessibility issues with weird solutions like adjusting the fov or replacing motion sticks with teleportation
I literally am doing an Ultimate, zero swing assist run rn, it's not that bad the more you swing because you learn to account for it pullin you towards the buildings, also you are very right about the lizard mission (especially without the boosts), absolute nightmare but mainly the fight cause he is one tough bastard

@@Darth_Zabrak idk I’ve just learned to accept TH-camrs are a different breed when it comes to how good they are at games there either cracked beyond belief and play the way you wish you could but there boring unfunny and just not very fun to watch other than the good gameplay or they make good fun content that’s enjoyable to watch but there gameplay makes you question if they are letting a toddler use the controller it’s a weird unspoken rule that every TH-camr is one or the other that’s why I could never be a TH-camr who makes content on games I’m too in the middle I ain’t no god who’s gonna take on pros but I ain’t this either
Bro after watching this video, I went to my game to check out where I had my swing assist and it was at zero so this whole time after beating the game five times straight on every difficulty. I’ve been swinging around the city with pure skills

As soon as it released, I booted up the game on Ultimate, and turned off swing assist. It was bloody amazing.
Swing assist on 0 just feels so real and smooth. As soon as I started the game, I set it to 0

Currently doing New Game Plus on Ultimate Difficulty, 0 swing assist is fairly easy, did use the swing assist originally - mainly because I didn't know it was a feature as I started a bit early around launch. Also got fall damage on also. I played the raimi games, so I went with it to be more familiar. But, sometimes it gets a bit hard to go around buildings on a sharp turn and sometimes I hit a car or nearly knock out pedestrians when I swing low. For the most part it's fun when I can maintain the height and speeds. 😁💯

i would say as someone who put web assist to 0 instantly that you do get better pretty quickly
The first time I played the game I did it with zero swing assist on the hardest mode
If spiderman 3 comes it would be nice if they added a function where when you swing to the highest arc without much momentum, the web and you fall down like you would irl
now do it with the old Spider Man 2 with individual arms. I got really good at that

Swapping to level 10 after you've learned to flow with the lower levels feels to floaty (to me)

I tried 0 on swing assist and it’s not fun at all you need the full swing assist if you want a good experience cause when it’s off and it’s 0 you keep falling to the ground and you can’t even get off the ground to swing

The first time I ever played the game I put the difficulty on max and swing assit to 4 and tbh it felt like Spider-Man Remasterd pretty easy still one of my favorite games I own though

dude theres a very small difference between level 0 and 10 u feel a bit of pull towards the buildings and cant get too close to the floor it is NOTHING like thr old one and thats fine the swinging its amazing but it is stupidly easy even in level 0. the only challenging part of swinging is mixing ur abilities and gaining crazy speed and turning fast but that is hard no matter the level

Yeah 0 removes all artificial momentum you have to gain in yourself

just gonna say that I did the whole campaign and the whole of the new game+ while having swing assist on 0
I have played the game on Ultimate difficulty and 0 swing assist and its still a super easy game lol
i am playing the game at the hardest difficulty and with the swing assist on 2 and the swinging is prity easy. The normal enemies are actually pritty easy to on the hardest difficulty 😅
Also you can do the loop you just need to be high to get enough speed to loop
This is why Indonesia m insomniac should’ve added in grinding on concrete while swinging but you can surf on water 😕
